We all have a ministry,
we all have a gift,
we all build the church.
As an organization and staff of COS, we focus on a few things and try to do them well. Sunday Morning Gathering, Next Generation, Church Discipleship Culture, Serving/Ministry Teams, and Outside the 4 Walls.
We have a firm belief, though, that ministry is in everyone’s hands. God has a ministry for everyone to be involved in or lead. And so, as much as possible, we try to encourage and put ministry in people’s hands. Different ministries, groups, events, and studies like men’s groups, men’s breakfast, ladies' prayer night, prayer groups, community prayer night, small groups, men’s retreats, women’s retreats, Bible Study Fellowship, community worship events, ladies' bible reading, care team, etc. These are all led, attended, and engaged in by the church family.

If God has placed and idea on your mind or an opportunity in front of you, and you would like to take ministry in your hands to help build the church, follow the steps below to get your ministry or group connected with the COS family. Take each step one at a time, and a leader will contact you after each one.
1. Schedule an Open Door
Schedule a time to sit down with a COS staff member or leader to talk through your idea.

If you have already talked through your idea for ministry with a COS leader, fill out the application to get started.

4. Manage your ministry with Groups
Utilize the Groups app to help you mange, plan, promote and connect with the people in your ministry. Fill out the form (by clicking the image above) to get your ministry set up in groups.

Project 7 Meet the Need Application
Once you have exhausted all available resources, the Project 7 Meet The Need fund may help you assist individuals and families in our community who have suffered a catastrophic event or have a financial need outside the scope of the Benevolence fund (utility assistance with a shut-off notice).
